Privacy policy
What we collect through this website, why, where it's kept, and how to have it deleted. Plain English, no fine print.
Last updated: October 17, 2026
This policy covers www.atokatruckcenter.com, run by Atoka Tire & Service (828 13th St, Atoka, OK 74525). If anything here is unclear, call us at 580-262-8221 or email trojlogistics@gmail.com.
The short version
- We only collect what you type into a form on this site.
- We use it to call you back, book your work, reserve parking, or consider you for a driving job.
- We don't sell it, rent it, or use it for advertising.
- There are no ad trackers or analytics cookies on this site.
- Driver applications are encrypted and only our hiring staff can open them.
Service, quote, parking and contact forms
When you book service, ask for a quote, reserve parking or send a message, we collect what you enter: usually your name, phone number, and optionally your email, vehicle, tire size, preferred date and notes. Your request is saved in a private, password-protected list that only shop staff can see, and the shop gets an email alert so we can call you back. We also note the page you sent it from.
Items you add to the quote cart are saved in your own browser so they're still there if you leave and come back. They aren't sent to us until you press “Request quote”. Clearing your browser data removes them.
CDL driver applications
Federal rules (49 CFR Part 391) require motor carriers to collect specific information before hiring a commercial driver. The online application at /careers/apply collects:
- Your name, contact details, Social Security number, date of birth and addresses for the last three years
- Your driver's license details, driving experience, accidents and traffic convictions
- Your employment history, education and answers to the application questions
- Your electronic signature, and the date, time, IP address and browser of the device you signed on
We record the signing details because they are part of a valid electronic signature. They show when and how the application was signed.
How it's protected. The full application and the signed PDF are encrypted (AES-256) before they are stored, in a private storage area that isn't reachable from the public internet. Only staff with the hiring dashboard password can open them. The email we get when you apply contains your name, phone number and city, not your SSN or date of birth.
Saved progress. While you fill in the application, your answers are saved on your own device so you can finish later. Your SSN and date of birth are never saved this way. Saved progress is cleared when you submit, after 7 days, or when you tap “Start over”.
Who else sees it. With the consents you sign in the application, we may share your information with your previous employers (to verify your safety record), with a background screening company, with the FMCSA Pre-Employment Screening Program, and with the FMCSA Drug & Alcohol Clearinghouse. We only share what each check needs.
How long we keep it
- Service, quote, parking and contact requests are deleted from the website one year after you send them. The email alert stays in the shop's inbox as part of our business records.
- Applications from drivers we hire become part of the driver qualification file. Federal rules (49 CFR 391.51) require us to keep that file while you drive for us and for three years after.
- Applications from drivers we don't hire are kept for one year, as federal employment record rules require, and then deleted.
Companies that help run this site
- Vercel hosts the website and privately stores service requests and encrypted driver applications.
- Resend delivers the email alerts for new requests.
- Google Maps shows the map on our home and contact pages. When that map loads, Google may set its own cookies; see Google's privacy policy.
These companies process information only to provide their service to us.
Your choices
You can ask us to see, correct or delete the information you sent us. Call 580-262-8221 or email trojlogistics@gmail.com. We'll confirm it's you before making changes. Some driver records have to be kept for the periods federal law sets, and we'll tell you if that applies.
You can also challenge information in a PSP report at dataqs.fmcsa.dot.gov, and request a copy of any consumer report used in a hiring decision, as described in the disclosures you sign.
Children
This site isn't meant for anyone under 18, and we don't knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
If we change how we handle information, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
